Can your Ministers ascertain as soon as possible from authorities Canadian Universities if proposal agreeable them, and if so, what concessions they are pre- pared make respecting entrance examination fees and re- sidence. Would they authorise Imperial Education Committee War Office composed of educational representatives War Office and Dominion Forces select candidates and lay down standards educational fitness corresponding those now accepted by British Universities similar cases.
